#1 Get a Good Moisturizer
This might seem quite an obvious tip to follow, however finding a brand with a good product that is suitable for your skin is more complicated than you anticipate. We recommend seeking skincare products with fully natural ingredients, particularly if you have sensitive skin.
A paraben and fragrance-free moisturizer can do wonders for your skin, making your face appear brighter, younger and, of course providing some much-needed hydration. Our favorite is SkinCeuticals Facial Cleanser which is perfect for all skin types and contains all the required properties to hydrate the skin.
#2 Then Moisturize Daily
Ideally, you will use your moisturize morning and night. However, if you find incorporating a skin routine challenging, then perhaps opt for moisturizing at least once per day.
We would suggest trying to use your moisturizer at night. Why? Well, whilst we sleep, the skin and the body naturally repair themselves whilst releasing higher levels of melatonin. This product is known for its anti-ageing properties, hence will combine well with fully moisturized skin overnight.
#3 Stay Hydrated
On countless occasions, we have found that clients suffer from dry skin, simply because they don’t stay hydrated. At this time of year, it is more common to host parties and celebrations with many a glass of sparkling wine.
However, it is also crucial for the skin that you drink water. If you are finding the moisturizing is not enough, then try to drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day. No doubt the difference will be remarkable!
