Cancellation Policy

At SkinRN Aesthetics, we greatly appreciate your loyalty, and we strive to offer excellent services and customer support.  Our policy and procedures help ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently for all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The Details

Time allocated for an appointment is reserved exclusively for you.  Please understand that a last-minute change, prevents us from being able to offer that appointment time to another client.  Beckie usually books appointments back-to-back so an alteration in services may affect the schedule, so please call ahead of time to change a service so we may accommodate you appropriately.  We understand that sometimes, schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24 hour notice for adjustments to your appointment and for cancellations. All Monday appointments must be rescheduled by end of day Friday to avoid the cancellation charge. If the office is closed, please text Beckie at 661-619-6836.  In our desire to be effective and fair to our patients and employees, you may be subject to a cancellation/no show fee.             

– Failure to show up or cancellations given in less than 24 hours may result in a $50 fee for a half hour appointment or less or 50% of the service cost.  For an appointment of a half hour or more will be  $100 or 50% of the service cost.                                                                                                                                     

– If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, your service time may be shortened, or your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled you may be charged 50% of the service fee.   

– If you have multiple treatments scheduled at one appointment time that are more than an hour, we may request half down to schedule or reschedule which will be applied to your treatment or request you to split the appointment on two different days.     

– If you have a package and have repeated late reschedules or cancellations, we have the right to forfeit one of the treatments from your package. 

– We request a credit/debit card on file to charge if there are violations.

Return and Refund Policy: If you receive a defective product, please return it within 7 days and we will replace the product. No refunds on service, gift certificates, or series purchases.
